Awesome, I was trying to jailbreak it and it was rebooting every time I did go to jailbreakme.com…
What you have to do to acomplish jailbreaking your 3g ipad is to disable your 3g and use wifi only. it works like a charm 
great work guys with jailbreak… loving it. I am unix guy so I was looking for the term and ssh options… so many thanks.
